Fish

Today is Babe Running’s birthday. Last night he wished he would catch the biggest fish anyone has ever seen in the Adirondacks. Of course he has never even caught a fish in his life. He has gone to the best fishing areas in the state. He’s gone to Lake Ontario, Lake George, and some other great lakes in New York. He’s just cursed, or so he thinks.

Today on Babes’ birthday he hoped his birthday wish would come true. He was waiting for hours. He thought that his wish would never come true so he picked up his pole. Wait it was moving! He pulled, and pulled then he yelled for help. “Hey I need some help I’m over in Dunham’s Bay.” His dad came running over with 30 other men. They pulled on his waist for 5 hours, later they pulled in a record tiger pike it was 15 ft. long. The fish was so big that it pulled the shore right into the lake. That was the biggest fish ever caught in NY. Babe had gotten his wish and his first fish ever.
