Please DO NOT bookmark the login pages above. If you receive an error message when trying to log on, please follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Clear your browser cache and close your browser. If you need assistance with clearing your browser cache, please contact the IT department for guidance or steps. Reminder: be sure to select “Advanced” and “All Time” for the prompts when clearing the browser cache as this ensure all old data is removed.

STEP 2: Close your browser completely. Close all tabs and close the entire browser to ensure you start fresh.

STEP 3: For Hadley-Luzerne SchoolTool, users should ensure they are only using the following URL: https://schooltool11.neric.org/SchoolTool_HADY/

All other bookmarks/favorites should be discarded or updated to use that URL instead. Many users have created bookmarks for the new login page, but this can cause an issue with logging in since that URL (auth.schooltool.com/...) is called a 'tokenized' URL. Each time a user visits this URL, it generates a new session token that will eventually expire. As such, bookmarking that URL will guarantee it expires and will cause login issues in the near future.

How to View Paperless Report Cards

Please note that all student report cards, interim reports, and progress reports K-12 are now paperless. You are now able to view your children’s report cards online through the SchoolTool Parent Portal.

If you already view your children’s grades and assignments on SchoolTool, you don’t have to do anything new. Simply log into the SchoolTool Parent Portal by clicking here

If you have multiple children in the district, you will only need to log in once in order to see your children’s report cards, even if they are in different buildings. All you need is internet access (SchoolTool seems to work best when used with either the Chrome or Safari browser). You may also download the SchoolTool app onto your mobile device from either the App Store or Google Play (see below for information you will need).

These instructions are specific to Stuart M. Townsend Elementary School:

  • We appreciate parents and guardians who drop off and pick up your children either daily or on occasion, but we ask you to please note the following important safety procedures at Stuart M. Townsend Elementary School:

*Please do not utilize the parking lot and walk to the entrance with your child. That area is assigned for Head Start and Pre K only.

    Arrival/Dismissal Procedures for K-6 ~

Drop off time begins at 7:40 a.m. at the circle near the side entrance by the Large Group Instruction (LGI) room.

Exterior view of a school building with a circular driveway and green space.

Please pull up to the fire hydrant when in the circle.

A school entrance with a circular driveway and a building in the background.

If the circle is full when you arrive, please drive down Hyland Dr., which turns into Homer Dr., and turn around at the sports entrance or cul de sac down the road.

A school building and a road are visible under a clear sky.

After you turn around, please line up on the right side of the road.

A paved road curves through a tree-lined area on a sunny day.

This will ensure a steady flow of traffic into and out of the drop-off/pick-up location and reduce the chances of accidents and traffic build up.

An aerial view of a road intersection with directional arrows.

Doors will be shut by 7:50 a.m. to ensure children are not late to class. If you arrive after 7:50 a.m., please proceed to the main office to sign your child in.

We follow the same procedures during pick up. Dismissal begins at 2:15 p.m. for ALL students.

If you are new to drop off/pick up, please present your name and child's name to Officer E. and/or Mrs. Townsend.

Thank you for your cooperation, and have a great year!
