Do you or someone you know have a child that needs to register for Kindergarten?

Registration for NEW Kindergarteners (who are NOT currently in our UPK program) is now open on FamilyID for the 2026-27 school year. Children who turn five-years old on or before December 1, 2026 and are legal residents of the Hadley-Luzerne Central School District are eligible to enroll in Kindergarten. 

To register your child(ren) for Kindergarten, go to the bottom of the Hadley-Luzerne CSD website –  hlcs.org – and click on Student Registration. 

Read the instructions and then click on the Family ID hyperlink. Select the program 2026-2027 New Student Registration for Kindergarten and complete. 

Once your child is registered, you will receive a call to schedule an appointment for Kindergarten Round Up, which will be held on the mornings of May 13 and 14, 2026.
